DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty we are unable to accept perfume oils that have been opened.
EXCHANGES
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping items back, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Otherwise can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
